• Giardiasis: Caused by the parasite Giardia lamblia, which can be contracted by drinking contaminated water. Symptoms include diarrhea, abdominal cramps, and bloating.
• Toxoplasmosis: Caused by the parasite Toxoplasma gondii, which can be contracted by consuming undercooked meat, contaminated soil, or by coming into contact with cat feces.
