Levels of Biodiversity: There are three levels of biodiversity which are important for maintaining the health and stability of the Earth’s biosphere and ensuring the well-being of both humans and the natural world. - Species Diversity: Species diversity refers to the number and variety of species present in a given area. This level of biodiversity is important for maintaining the stability and functioning of ecosystems, as well as for providing a wide range of ecosystem services.

Ecosystem Diversity: Ecosystem diversity refers to the variety of different ecosystems present, such as forests, deserts, wetlands, and oceans. This level of biodiversity is important for maintaining the health and resilience of the Earth’s biosphere, as well as for providing a range of ecosystem services.
